In a statement, Lisa Stokes Boreham, Managing Director of The House Name Plate Company LTD told the Daily Express: “We have successfully acquired the business and assets of the previous company and are now operating under new ownership as HNP signs & numbers.
“The previous business ultimately failed due to a combination of poor contractual agreements entered into prior to my involvement, along with the lasting impact of significant Covid-related debt. This created an unsustainable position over time.
“Importantly, we have retained the entire workforce, with all employees transferring into the new company. This ensures continuity of the experience, craftsmanship, and service that the business has built its reputation on over more than 30 years.
“We have also secured the full order book and all existing customer commitments. Customers can be fully reassured that their orders will be fulfilled in full and as agreed.
“Our focus now is firmly on the future – supporting our loyal customers, strengthening relationships with our partners, and building a sustainable and successful business under the HNP signs & numbers brand.”
