Meet the Warrington dad who is promising a different approach from his estate agency

A GREAT Sankey entrepreneur is set to take the property market by storm with the launch of his new online estate agency.

Lewis Jones is bringing a new approach to the housing market with his new online business LTJ Estates.

The 33-year-old is promising a more ‘personalised service’, as he claims the ‘one-size-fits-all approach’ does not meet the needs of homebuyers any longer.

“As an independent estate agency, we are not limited to standard office hours and can adapt our approach to suit each situation. This includes offering a fixed-fee structure for the first 10 properties listed during April with LTJ Estates,” Mr Jones said.

A dad-of-three, Lewis comes from a successful background in property management, has highlighted that the estate agents will strive to provide ‘rapid communication’ with a strong focus on communication.

“The one-size-fits-all approach you often see on the High Street no longer meets the needs of homeowners, who want a more personalised service and are used to doing everything online,” he continued.

LTJ Estates will operate across the Warrington area, using video and social media content to engage clients, with a particular focus on the WA5 postcode.

The estate agents has already landed its first listing with a property located in Stockton Heath.

“Areas like Chapelford, Westbrook and Callands are perfect for families and working professionals, and I am looking forward to helping homeowners navigate the strong demand for properties in the area,” explained Lewis, who lives locally with his partner Abi and their three-year-old son Carter.

To support sellers requiring additional services, Lewis has also partnered with Warrington-based Green & Green mortgage advisors and St Helens Law.

“Having worked as a sales negotiator in corporate estate agencies, I have seen first-hand that most sales fall through due to delays and communication issues,” Lewis revealed. “By working with trusted partners and ensuring all buyers are financially qualified, we aim to secure a reliable transaction.”

Lewis’ entrepreneurial journey began with the creation of LTJ Prime Key Properties while he was working as a line manager at a pharmaceutical company.

Balancing full-time work and life as a new dad, he started building a portfolio of properties in Warrington, St Helens and Newton-le-Willows.

The business offers guaranteed long-term rentals for landlords, as well as fully serviced accommodation for guests.

“We’ve housed everyone from contractors working in Chapelford to some of the Creamfields security team,” said Lewis. “The success of this venture has given me the experience and confidence to launch LTJ Estates on the residential sales side – building a future for myself and my family.”

In his early twenties, Lewis worked in the logistics sector for same-day courier company Today Team, owned by former Warrington Wolves player Jamie Boyd.

He credits that experience with shaping him – saying it “changed me from a boy to a man”.

“I learnt so much from Jamie: Every day is a school day, and how you do anything is how you do everything,” he added. “Jamie helped me to overcome my nerves as a public speaker; encouraged me to read and better myself; and inspired me to define our company values before launching the business.

‘In the same-day delivery world, it’s all about getting from A to B as efficiently as possible. LTJ Estates is built on that same approach – bringing properties to market quickly and keeping the process moving, so owners can get on with the next stage in their lives.”
