A FINAL phase of construction is set to begin at a major housing development.
Miller Homes North West has announced its plans to deliver the last stage of residential development at Omega Warrington, with enabling works scheduled to start in April.
The 68-home scheme, named Aspen Row, recently received Reserved Matters approval and will include 51 private properties and 17 affordable homes.
John Hardy, land director at Miller Homes North West, said: “Securing Reserved Matters approval and preparing to begin works on site marks an important step forward for our final phase at Omega.
“With enabling works due to commence in April, we are now moving into the delivery stage of the development and look forward to seeing the site progress over the coming months.
“As the first housebuilder to deliver homes at Omega, it is particularly rewarding for Miller Homes to now return and complete the final residential phase.”
The new homes will come in a variety of styles and represent the final piece of the residential element within the wider Omega masterplan.

GRS Group will deliver infrastructure works on site.
Miller Homes has a long history with the project and will now complete its involvement by finishing the final phase of the development.
Omega Warrington is one of the North West’s most significant regeneration projects, developed by Miller Developments under a Development Agreement with Homes England.
The site extends to more than seven million square feet of commercial space, alongside residential neighbourhoods, a retail park, and a 40-acre public park.
Aspen Row is expected to be available for reservation from spring 2026, with the first completions anticipated in autumn this year.
The development will mark the completion of Miller Homes’ contribution to the growing Omega community.
Mr Hardy said: “The opportunity to bookend such a significant regeneration scheme reflects our long-term commitment to the area and the strength of demand for new homes within this well-established community.”
