A new housing development is set to bring dozens of homes to a village.
The project, named Mill Meadows, will deliver 40 properties to Kempsey and is being marketed by Worcestershire estate agency Nicol & Co on behalf of developer Cotswold Oak Ltd.
The homes are part of Cotswold Oak Ltd’s growing pipeline in the region, with plans for more than 300 properties to be delivered across multiple sites over the next two years.

Cotswold Oak Ltd, based in Honeybourne, has four sites scheduled to launch in 2026 and a further three planned for 2027.
Mill Meadows will feature a mix of one, two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes.
Located just a short distance south of Worcester, the site offers convenient access to Junction 7 of the M5 and is well connected by road and rail.
Nearby Worcestershire Parkway station provides direct train links to London Paddington, Gloucester, and Birmingham.
Cotswold Oak Ltd said all private homes at Mill Meadows will be finished to its Signature standard, with a focus on modern design and quality interiors.
Nicol & Co will officially launch the development’s show home over the coming weekend – March 28 and 29.
